However, it’s not too big, and the difference may reach 4-6% on average.

In case if you don’t need to save money during your trip to the UAE, you need to go directly to Dubai and book one of the apartment hotels with a private beach. The process becomes more interesting in case if you want to save some money.

Does that mean that I have to choose other emirates?

Everything depends on what you really want. Don’t forget that Dubai offers the biggest number of attraction and the busiest beaches in the country, while the distance between cities is not really big. Furthermore, Sharjah borders with Dubai. You need to keep the following order:

  • In case if you want to spend all the time on the beach, visiting Dubai 1 or maybe 2 times, you should stay in Sharjah or Amman. These emirates offer amazing beaches, which are not as crowded as in Dubai. Plus, you can easily get to the most central parts of Dubai, including Dubai Marina.
  • If you don’t want to see attractions at all, and you want to spend all the time on the beach and in the world of local culture, you need to choose Abu Dhabi or Fujairah. While in Abu Dhabi, you can see the biggest mosque, traditional markets, and unique mangroves. Fujairah offers relatively low prices and the wide choice of cultural attractions. You can also visit the highest point in the county or enjoy diving. You can easily take a tour to Dubai from there.
  • If you are not limited in funds, you need to choose one of the apartment hotels with the private beach access in Dubai. You will enjoy the sea, having direct access to the city.

In general, all of the emirates are suitable for the beach holidays. The Persian Gulf offers the very same conditions all around the UAE. While staying in Fujairah, you can swim in both the Persian Gulf and the Indian Ocean.

Where can I find more cultural monuments?

The biggest cultural collection can be found in Abu Dhabi. Here you can find incredible mangroves and deserted lands. While being the capital, Abu Dhabi managed to save the highest number of old buildings, mosques, and markets. However, they are not ancient because the emirate is relatively young.

Which airport is better?

Dubai is. The airport in Dubai is a regional hub, and you need to come here in order to take a flight to other emirates (except going directly to Abu Dhabi). That’s why in case if you have only a couple of days, you need to spend them in Dubai, instead of traveling somewhere and wasting your precious time.
