Cuba is something you need to see with your own eyes rather than read about because it knows how to surprise travellers with the unexpected leaving their assumptions aside. This country can be compared to a prince wearing a pauper’s clothes. Its time-worn facades hide rich interiors. Such contradictions may add excitement and fun to any travel.
When to go to Cuba
If you plan a trip to Cuba, choose October to April period, during the island’s warmer rain-free days full of sunshine. Caribbean climate’s benefits are especially well noticed during this time on the south coast.
For the best of the best we recommend two spring months – March and April – with their long days and sun shining for as many as seven hours daily. Still the temperature is pleasantly warm without being too hot, and the humidity is relatively low. Such weather is perfect for both relaxing on the beach and exploring Cuba, with the air temperature during the day averaging 27 to 29 degrees Celsius.
However, if come here later – in May-September period – Cuba will nevertheless welcome you with sunny enough days and levels of heat and humidity that are pretty much acceptable.
