World’s gastronomy stars will gather in Sochi Mountains at the Ikra Festival. Topline culinary artists will be at venue – such as Matt Orlando, Zaiyu Hasegawa, Isaac McHale, Enrico Crippa, Joan Roca, Vladimir Mukhin, Dmitry Zotov, Anatoly Losev and others.
The festival menu
A welcoming lunch prepared by Russian most famous chef – Vladimir Mukhin – is planned for the premiere day. In the evening, the festival will be opened with a gala dinner. Young talented chefs in cooperation with Vladimir Mukhin will present a stage adapted gastronomic performance coordinated by Andrey Saveliev. Courvoisier Celebration Moment with fireworks will be an excellent conclusion of the dinner in celebration of the new Ikra season.
During the next two days, the festival’s guests will enjoy luxurious dinners. On March 1st, Vladimir Mukhin and the legendary Joan Roca will prepare the Masters of Taste dinner. Chefs Georgy Troyan and Anton Kovalkov will cook a dinner in cooperation with Scotland born Isaac McHale. Dmitry Zotov will share the kitchen with Enrico Crippa coming from Alba, Italy.
Location and dates
The local media says the festival has become one of five best winter gastronomic events.
The celebration of the tastes will be held at the Rosa Khutor Resort, February 28 to March 3.
